MMHCS utilizes the free service of Google Meet to effect HIPAA-compliant, encrypted connections for your security.
Please register with Google Meet as a new user if you have not done so before.
After you register, you can choose one of two ways to use the service: 1 - Use your Internet Browser and 2 - Use the Google Meet application.
1. Using Internet Browser
Navigate to
Google Meet website
and wait to initiate our video call.
A link will be provided to you after registration.
2. Using Google Meet App
Go to your mobile device's
(e.g. Laptop, Pad, Phone) app store
to download and install the Google Meet app
Open the app and use the link provided to you after registration.
- Please navigate to a safe secure location where you will not be disturbed by people, events or loud noises during the session.
- Do not drive or operate any machinery during the session.
- If you will be using a mobile device make sure the battery is sufficently charged for 60 minutes, prior to the session.
- It is advisable to use a headset with microphone combo or earbuds for privacy and quality of sound.
- If your Internet speed is slow, try disabling WiFi on your device if you have unlimited data.
- Make sure you device camera lense is unobscured and clean.
